I used ScrapN Go Towing, through my insurance company. In the past, through other companies, I’ve found this process to be tedious and very unprofessional. To my delightful surprise, this process from beginning to end was seamlessly, pleasant! Dispatcher Mr. Moss, handled my several calls with great patience and professionalism. He was very accommodating. I was especially pleased to have a female driver handling my towing needs. This was a bit of a relief, because I needed to accompany my vehicle. When “Keisha” arrived, she was bubbling with great energy! I thoroughly enjoyed the ride with her. She was very professional, personable all while being about her business! Keisha and I share the same name. I knew there was a familiarity in her uniqueness.. Lol.. Thank you for making my experience great, Keisha and Mr. Moss!
